This Privacy Notice describes how Nullkode LLC DBA IgniteUps.ai ("we", "us", "our"), operating the Local Pages service ("Service"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data. Nullkode LLC DBA IgniteUps.ai is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Service.

1. Personal data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, login credentials, organization name.
• Customer content: business information, locations, services, and content you submit for page generation.
• Support data: messages, attachments, and contact details you provide when requesting help.
• Usage and telemetry: pages viewed, features used, API calls, performance and error logs.
• Device and network data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP.
• Cookies: essential cookies for authentication and session management; analytics cookies to understand usage.

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Provide the Service (performance of contract): account creation, page generation, hosting, customer support.
• Billing and tax compliance (legal obligation / contract): handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
• Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests): detect abuse, secure accounts, investigate incidents.
• Product improvement and analytics (legitimate interests): improve performance, troubleshoot, and develop features.
• Marketing communications (consent, where required): product updates and newsletters; you can opt out at any time.

3. How we share personal data

We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

• Service providers / subprocessors: cloud hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, customer support tooling, and AI model providers used to generate content.
• Merchant of Record — Paddle: Paddle.com Market Limited acts as our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, manages subscriptions, calculates and remits taxes, issues invoices, and handles refund and chargeback requests. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
• Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, and auditors as needed.
• Authorities: when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Successors: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections.

4. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, or security purposes.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
