Local Pages is operated by Nullkode LLC DBA IgniteUps.ai. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Submit a refund request through Paddle's self-service portal, or
  3. Email us at hello@local-pages.app and we will help you complete the refund.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods outside the 30-day money-back window, except where required by law.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 30-day window may still be considered on a case-by-case basis, and where required by applicable consumer protection law we will honor your statutory rights regardless of this policy.
