Google Business Profile (GBP)

Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is Google's free product that lets businesses manage their appearance in Google Search and Google Maps, including hours, photos, reviews, posts, and Q&A.

GBP is the single most important off-site asset for local rankings. The optimization stack: complete every field, post weekly, respond to 100% of reviews, upload geo-tagged photos monthly, and use the Services and Products sections (not just the description).
